Individual programmes for strengthening the muscles
These programmes are aimed at both top sportspeople and recreational sportspeople. Prior to the creation of a rehabilitation programme, the patient must be examined by an orthopaedic surgeon at ORTHOPS in order to exclude a knee injury demanding arthroscopy or another method of treatment. Programmes are created and demonstrated by Prof. Dr. Vojko Strojnik.
